When I travelled to Stonehenge during solstice about two years ago, there where only a few people whispering their name. But Since then the English Folk & Electronic duo Psapp have become one of last year’s big discoveries.

It doesn’t come as a surprise to anyone, that Folk is experiencing a huge comeback in the post-electronic era – but what these two are presenting us with is pretty steep. The thing that strikes you the most is the combination of Galia Durants beautiful and melancholic voice with the crazy sound collages of her partner Carim Classmanns. He samples everything from rubber ducks to glockenspiel and completes them with sometimes difficult but always intriguing rhythms. Just listen, smile, enjoy and fall in love with this wonderful band.
